Community Room Use & Fees:

Patrons are permitted to rent the community room for private use. 

• $50 RESIDENT fee to rent the Community Room PER use
• $100 NON-RESIDENT fee to rent the Community Room PER use
• $50 cleaning and key deposit required (This amount is refundable IF the room is left in the condition it was in prior to scheduled event.)

Patrons must sign a Community Room Use Agreement. Some restrictions apply. Maximum Occupancy: 49
